Elizabeth had a beautiful, opal cameo that was passed down to her as a necklace from her grandmother.  Elizabeth wanted to have the cameo placed within a ring made of 18kt gold with diamonds on the sides.  The result was a elegant ring with an old-world feel to match the cameo's history.
